How you can improve your website's performance in the upcoming year
1. Define money-making pages on your website (The Pareto principle applies here: 80% of income is generated by 20% of pages)
2. Check how these pages rank (Did they gain or lose positions in the past months?)
3. If the performance of your money-making pages declines, add them to the content update list
4. Prioritize pages based on their business value (Create a monthly schedule)
5. Update at least 50% of the content on every web page (Based on my experience, it will give you a significant impressions and clicks boost)
6. Update meta titles and descriptions (Add 2024 year and power words to the title to help your content stand out)
7. Republish your content
8. Track changes in the Google Search Console
9. Prepare a content writing plan for the upcoming year (It should include topics you'll write about next year and the publication schedule)
10. Start working on new, optimized content for your website
I've been implementing these strategies for years, and I know they work!
